Adult Drug Court

 

The Adult Drug Court Program is an intensive treatment program for
drug-abusing offenders referred by the Criminal Justice System in lieu of a prison sentence.

 

The Adult Drug Court Program makes extensive use of:
 

• Comprehensive supervision

• Drug testing

• Treatment services

• Immediate sanctions

• Incentives

 

A minimum of one year is required for the drug-offender in this program and they must admit guilt of the criminal behaviors.
