Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional and confidential counseling to employees who are experiencing job-related or personal problems. In addition, the EAP provides information to employees about their local community resources.
The EAP provides assistance and/or referral in the following areas:

Drug/Alcohol

Emotional/Trauma
-
Family
-
Financial
-
Interpersonal/Worksite Issues
-
On the Job Performance/Conduct Problems
-
Relationships/Marital
-
Trauma Debriefing
The EAP assists the employee and their family members in resolving personal and workplace problems by assessing, planning, treatment and referring them to appropriate services. Employees and their family members are entitled to a limited number of visits to meet with an EAP clinician at no cost to the employee or the employee's family member.
